Artisan is a small tract of homes in south Chino Hills. These homes were built in the early 2000’s and feature larger homes on slightly larger than average lots. Entrance can be found on Slate Drive and Highview Lane or on Butterfield Ranch Road and Picasso Dr.
This tract is flanked by Eastridge to the north and east, Alterra and Sycamore Heights on the west.
There is an HOA fee, like many newer communities in Chino Hills.
This area of south Chino Hills is seeing rapid development of shops and restaurants – making it extremely convenient for residents.
