Fairfield Ranch is one of the few Chino Hills residential developments that sits east of the 71 Freeway. The northern border of this development starts at Central Ave and Fairfield Ranch Road. Big League Dreams athletic park and the Little Chino Skatepark borders Fairfield Ranch on the south side. Location wise (just off the 71 freeway), Fairfield Ranch is quite convenient to all amenities including shopping and dining that Chino Hills has to offer.
This development was started in the late 1990s and continued building into the early 2000s. A wide range of floor plans exists, ranging from 1500 sq ft to 2600 sq ft. Lot sizes average just over 4000 sq ft, up to 8000 sq ft for the best corner lots.
Like the Butterfield Ranch neighborhood, you get more bang for your buck at Fairfield Ranch.
There is a small HOA fee in Fairfield Ranch.
