Eastridge

The Eastridge tract is located south of Butterfield Ranch Road and Soquel Canyon Parkway in south Chino Hills. Eastridge is divided into two areas: a small tract west and a larger tract east of Butterfield Ranch Road. Award winning Chino Hills High School borders Eastridge to the north and one of Chino Hill’s newest park, Pinehurst Park, borders on the south side of the tract.

Development in Eastridge started in the late 1990’s and went on into the early 2000’s. Typical of homes in this area of Chino Hills, this tract features larger homes between 2000 sq ft and over 3000 sq ft.

Shopping and dining are right around the corner at the Country Club Marketplace (anchored by Albertsons) and the newly development Rincon commercial plaza.

As previously noted, Pinehurst Park is conveniently located just south of Eastridge. This newer park features a basketball court, 2 large gazebos, kids playground, toddler playround, and ADA swings.

There is a small HOA fee in Eastridge.
